The AWARDS Organizer module is used as a personal organizer for AWARDS users.  It includes a phone/address book, user settings features, a calculator, and attendance information tracking (when available).

Required Permissions

The Organizer module is available to all AWARDS users with employee logins.

An exception to this rule is found with users who have the Restrict to Aggregate View permission.  Those users do not have access to the Organizer module regardless of whether they have an employee login.

• ATTENDANCE - Learn to view and maintain employee attendance records including timesheets, time off requests, and more.
• CALCULATOR - Learn to access the AWARDS calculator.
• ROLODEX - Learn to maintain a list of public, private, and emergency contacts.
• USER SETTINGS - Learn to set user preferences for AWARDS text and to set up a user's electronic signature.
• WORK SCHEDULES - Learn to maintain records of your work schedule, including days, times, and worksites.
