The AWARDS Organization Chart module is used to view an agency-wide staff organization chart.
Required Permissions
The Organization Chart module is available to AWARDS users with the following permissions:
Display Executive Administration Buttons
IMPORTANT! For users who have the above named permission and either: 1) have the Human Resources Data permission, or 2) are members of the "Human Resources," "System Administrator," or "Executive" user groups, the organization chart is located in the Human Resources module rather than on the AWARDS Home screen. For more information on accessing the chart from that location, click here.
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need the permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
