IMPORTANT! This portion of Online Help describes functionality available exclusively in the NYCHMIS database for the purposes of meeting program requirements in New York City.

The NYC CCoC Evaluation Tool, located in the Fiscal module, is available to programs reporting to NYCHMIS.  It can be run for a single program, or a group of programs, as needed. Additionally, there are two versions of the report - one for PSH and TH programs, the other for RRH programs.

Required Permissions

IMPORTANT! The NYC CCoC Evaluation tool is only available in the NYCHMIS AWARDS database and requires a login to that database. 

Users with the required NYCHMIS database login must have the following permissions in that database in order to access this tool:

Program Chart Access
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
