The Medicaid Services Report feature is used to view reports of Medicaid billable services recorded through the entry of services records in programs  of types beginning with the following:

- ACT Team
- ACT Service Team
- ACT Health Home
- CR
- Day Hab
- Medicaid Service

  NOTE:  Medicaid Service Reports can also be generated from within the BillingBuilder (in the Fiscal module) for users with the proper authority.

Required Permissions

Use of the Medicaid Services Report feature requires the following permissions:

Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Individual Button
Lock-In Medicaid Notes (only required if it is necessary for you to lock in those notes that should no longer be editable after the report is run)

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
