The Fiscal module ESG CAPER feature is used by HMIS projects to generate the Emergency Solutions Grant Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report. The CAPER is completed annually by sub-recipients of projects receiving Emergency Solution Grant (ESG) funding, and is designed to provide an unduplicated count of persons served in ESG projects, as well as demographic breakdowns of those clients.
NOTE: The CAPER generated in AWARDS includes only data-related questions.
Required Permissions 
The ESG CAPER feature is available to users with the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
