The Housing module Bed Registry Report feature is used to monitor current and open housing units for agency residential programs by county.

The Bed Registry Report is an optional AWARDS feature.  If you do not presently have it turned on in your AWARDS database and would like to learn more about it, please contact your Client Services division representative at Foothold.  The optional enhancement request form that can be used to request this feature is accessible by clicking here.

Required Permissions

The Bed Registry Report feature is available for use by users with the following permissions:

• Data Entry / Access - You must have the "Display Any Chart Records Buttons" and "Display Chart Records Housing Button" data entry/access permissions.

Note that the bed registry report bypasses all program chart access permissions for the purposes of allowing users to see if other agency programs have bed vacancies.
