Below is an alphabetical list of the fields and options located on the Test Scores data entry page.  To jump directly to the information for a specific field or option, press <Ctrl+F> to access your browser's search field and enter the name of the field/option in question.

  NOTE: A gear icon next to a field or option in this list indicates that it is configurable in some way; for example, its list contents can be changed.  Please contact the Help Desk for assistance with configuring these options.

Date

In this field, record the date of the test for which the score is being recorded.  Type the date using mm/dd/yyyy format, or select the date using the available date picker. Future dates are not allowed. 

Score 

In this field, type or make changes to the test score. Only integers are accepted in this field, no letters or symbols. 

Test 

Click the drop-down arrow and select the type of test for which the score is being recorded.  The default list options are "TABE Test - Language," "TABE Test - Math," and "TABE Test - Reading."

  NOTE: The contents of this list are configurable at the agency level.  If you would like to update the list selections, please contact the Help Desk.
