How do I limit who has access to the Dashboard?
At present there is no way to limit access to the Dashboard other than by limiting access to the module in which it resides - Outcomes. Access to the Outcomes module is granted using the "Display Chart Records Outcomes Button" permission under System Setup, Permissions Maintenance.

At present each graph has a set date range or combination of date ranges and there is no option for you to enter your own range.

Year to date is the time period between the first day of the current year, and today's date.
