Setting AWARDS Preferences

To set your AWARDS text preferences, complete the following steps:

    1. Click your name from the navigation bar, and then click User Settings.  The User Settings page is displayed.

    1. Click Preferences.  The User Settings preferences page is displayed.

    1. Configure the following options on this page:

  Data Entry Text Color - To specify a color preference for text in data entry mode, click either the Blue Text for Data Entry radio button, or the Black Text for Data Entry radio button.

  Data Entry Font - To specify a font type preference for text in data entry mode, click either the Serif Font for Data Entry radio button, or the Sans-Serif Font for Data Entry radio button.

  Data Entry Text Size - To specify a font size preference for text in data entry mode, click the Font Size for Data Entry drop-down arrow and select the desired size.

  TIP: Standard text size is "12."  A smaller font size selection will result in smaller text, and a larger font size selection will result in larger text.

  Report Mode Text Color - To specify a color preference for text in report mode, click either the Blue Text for Report Mode radio button, or the Black Text for Report Mode radio button.

  Report Mode Font - To specify a font type preference for text in report mode, click either the Serif Font for Report Mode radio button, or the Sans-Serif Font for Report Mode radio button.

  Report Mode Text Size - To specify a font size preference for text in report mode, click the Font Size for Report Mode drop-down arrow and select the desired size.

  TIP: Standard text size is "12."  A smaller font size selection will result in smaller text, and a larger font size selection will result in larger text. 

    1. Click UPDATE.  Your personal preference selections are saved, and a read-only report version of those preferences is displayed on the Personal Preferences page.

  TIP: To make additional changes to your personal preferences at this time, click DATA ENTRY to return to the Personal Preferences update page.
