IMPORTANT! Please keep in mind as you review this information that:

These report details only display data in Audit Trail ReportBuilder reports for modules that have been transitioned to the new look and feel of AWARDS.

"Program of Entry" will display the program that was accessed from the Program selection list for modules whose records belong to the client, not the program.  "Program" will display data for modules whose records belong to the program and not the client.

  NOTE: "Audit Field" only displays data when downloading Agency File Cabinet and Client File Cabinet documents.  "Client/Consumer/Individual" and "Program" only display data when downloading Client File Cabinet documents.
